Also the Japanese art of repairing cracks or breaks in pottery with gold...Kintsugi is based on the idea that embracing imperfections or cracks can create a stronger, more beautiful piece of art.
There is often the most learning and growth out of the most painful situations ...often it is a matter of perspective and framing ..to be able to focus on the growth more than on the pain.
